My Sweet Baby

This is the most recent picture of the baby. I think it's so adorable! Look at its little footie. I have no idea how it's turned the way it is, but it's totally cute. The baby kept putting its little hands on its ears and was so active, kicking and grabbing at nothing. The US tech said, before we made the appt, that he wouldn't be able to tell us the gender at 15 wks, because at this stage they all look like boys because they have little wieners and if it's a girl the "wiener" will invert in a couple weeks. Needless to say, when we went in he showed me the "wiener" and even though he said it would be there, I can't help but think it's not going to go away. Many of you know, because I have been not so shy with my feelings since before I was ever pregs, that I have desperately been wanting a girl. But after this US, I can say, even though I'd still love a girl, I surprised myself by not being upset that it looked as though it would be a boy. I always thought I'd end up embarrassing myself in front of the doctor by crying from disappointment if I was told it was a boy. But when I saw our sweet baby getting bigger and being so cute, I really didn't care what it was. Seriously, i was just so elated watching him/her be as cute as can be, nothing else mattered. We'll find out in a few weeks what we're having for reals, but as long as it's healthy, that's all that matters. To be honest, I'm actually getting excited for it to be a boy, but we'll just have to wait and see.
